DIGITAL PRODUCER
We are looking for a digital ninja to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels our clients.

You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Our Digital Producers are responsible for creating digital and social media strategies and overseeing development of creative content, as well as merchandising and packaging results, conducting research and day to day client interaction. They must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. In addition, they are provided the opportunity to work with senior staff to offer creative campaign suggestions and ideas on a regular basis.

This position is perfect for a seasoned social media speaclisit with 4+ years of digital experience under their belt.

Primary job responsibilities will be to:

  • Create digital and social media strategies and guidelines
  • Foster strategies for growth and engagement of online communities
  • Oversee development of creative content, including basic art/graphics
  • Influencer relations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and educate team members on new digital trends such as platform updates
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of digital experience, agency experience a plus
  • Community management experience across all platforms
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Highly creative individual with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

A BA/BS from a four-year accredited university is preferred.

ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR - REAL ESTATE
Account Supervisors are key agency managers who play a high-profile and important role.  They are responsible for effectively balancing seven to eight accounts while managing junior team members and learning from upper management.  Major responsibilities include developing strategy and creative campaign suggestions, pitching and securing media results for all clients, connecting with key client contacts, mentoring junior team members and participating in new business development.

 

Primary job responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive and secure high-impact media results; pitching top tier and national print publications as well as broadcast and digital outlets
  • Develop a lasting relationship with key client decision makers in addition to daily client contacts
  • Operate as an industry expert, maintaining strong industry and competitive knowledge
  • Provide long-term client retention and satisfaction by ensuring that client needs and expectations are achieved
  • Effectively manage direct reports, conduct bi-annual performance evaluations; conduct monthly mentor meetings

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - REAL ESTATE
Senior Account Executives are assigned to six accounts and are important members of every account team at the agency. They are responsible for the majority of the media pitching, as well as merchandising and packaging results, conducting research and preparing various client correspondence.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. In addition, they are to be provided the opportunity to work with senior staff to offer creative campaign suggestions and ideas on a regular basis.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Pitch media and secure high profile placements
  • Organize press trips and media tours; generate monthly reports for clients
  • Work with team to create exciting trends and story angles
  • Ideal candidates will possess:

Minimum of 2-3 years Public Relations agency experience (*This is mandatory – others need not apply)

  • Excellent media pitching skills
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • A clip book showcasing recent media placements that appeared in national and regional publications
  • Ability to multi-task and excel on five to six accounts
  • Desire to travel
  • Close media contacts (including national media)
  • Ability to generate creative story angles

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - TRAVEL/LIFESTYLE
Senior Account Executives in our Travel Collection are responsible for media pitching, as well as merchandising and packaging results, conducting research and preparing various client correspondence. They must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. In addition, they are provided the opportunity to work with senior staff to offer creative campaign suggestions and ideas on a regular basis.

This position is perfect for a seasoned Senior Account Executive with 3+ years of agency experience under their belt. Excellent pitching skills are a must, as well as experience with luxury travel clients.

We have openings in both our Travel and Lifestyle collections. Previous travel or lifestyle (hospitality and consumer goods) experience is a major plus.

Primary job responsibilities will be to: 

  • Pitch local, regional and national publications including print, broadcast and online outlets
  • Track and monitor appropriate editorial calendar opportunities
  • Drive impactful media results for all assigned accounts
  • Create top target media distribution lists
  • Help book media tours and press trips
  • Follow and stay on top of trends and updates pertaining to key social media channels

COMMUNITY MANAGER
Community Managers are assigned to five or six accounts and are instrumental in maintaining client stability. Basic responsibilities include creating social media content calendars, community management and providing quantifiable results to confirm social media success.

Primary job responsibilities will be to:

  • Increase growth and engagement of online communities
  • Community management across digital channels
  • Develop creative content, including basic art/graphics, and bi-weekly content calendars
  • Identify and engage with influencers
  • Compile and analyze social media metrics
  • Design sweepstakes and contest programs using applications like wildfire, Offerpop, etc.
  • Manage paid social media opportunities as needed
  • Effectively communicate with clients in terms of social media goals, initiatives and successes
  • Track digital media and client exposure, preparing weekly and monthly reports to communicate analytics and ROI
